I had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Sado. The location was great as it was very close to the port and there was a free shuttle bus to the hotel. Transportation was not a problem at all. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and I appreciated the nice facilities available, such as the onsen. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a nice variety of food and was delicious.
Everything was spot on.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops. the breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped.
The decor in the lobby was dated and could do with a revamp. the furnishings in the rooms were a little worn and could do with replacing, but they were still clean and functional.

The hotel is located conveniently in Ryotsu and offers a complimentary shuttle bus from the port. the Japanese breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly. There is Wi-Fi in the lobby, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. While the furnishings in the room are worn, stained, and old, the lobby decor is decent.
The onsen is run-down and grubby, and there are lots of insects in the lobby.

The location was perfect for a romantic escape. We were able to walk to all the best restaurants and shops in the area. The views from our room were mesmerizing, and we could hear the sound of the ocean all night long. The complimentary shuttle to and from the port made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The Japanese breakfast included in our stay was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed trying some local dishes.
The decor was outdated throughout the hotel, and the furnishings in our room were old and worn. The bathroom was basic and could use some updating.
